Yes, if you are registered disabled, then you may be eligble to purchase without paying any VAT. All sight and hearing disabilities are eligible. Other disabilities are generally acceptable also, but in all cases we would need a declaration of eligibility to receive zero VAT. If you don't have one but are eligible then you can download it here: The Disability Eligibility Declaration for Zero Rated VAT Form You need to print out the form, fill it in then either scan and email it to us at sales@matobmobile.co.uk or fax it to us 0870 4321996 and we will contact you to process your order.
